This wire is clean and easy to work for temperature control coils. It is helpful to anneal it before building a coil. Heat it to an orange red, then air cool. Do NOT quench. I just tested it by building an 8 wrap, tightly spaced coil on a 3/32" (approx. 2.4 mm) rod. Reads 0.57 ohms on three different mods. Very pleasing in both wattage/power and temperature control modes. Shipment was very prompt. Packaging good. I will continue to buy from this vendor.
