Fallon Pilot Shop Trade-Up Program:

At Fallon Pilot Shop we know that flying can be expensive, so we have created a trade-up program for those that want to upgrade their starter headset without breaking the bank. Our trade-in program allows you to receive a credit from your old headset to be used towards the purchase of your eligible new headset.

You can participate in the trade-up program when purchasing one of the following headsets:

  All trade-in headsets must be fully functional, in good cosmetic condition, and include all original accessories (Such as headset bag). If a trade-in headset does not meet these criteria a lower value will be offered or the trade-up will be rejected and you are responsible for return shipping for your headset. All headsets must have Dual GA Plugs. Please contact us if you have a headset with a different connection, and we will provide a trade-in value. We cannot accept headsets with damaged cords or with structural damage (Cracked metal, etc). If soft good need to replaced, the retail cost will be deducted from the Trade-Up Value.

How do you get your credit?

Reach out to us with your current headset model and let us know which headset you are interested in. We will issue an RMA for you to ship your headset* and upon inspection we will issue the appropriate credit to your account to purchase your Trade-Up. Once the RMA is issued you can also purchase your new headset right away and receive your credit as a refund. If you choose to purchase your headset first, please note that you must ship your headset to us within 14 days of receiving your new one to be eligible for the credit. If you are worried that the condition of your headset disqualifies it, please feel free to send us pictures and outline any issues. We will provide you with an estimate** of your headset’s trade-up value. *You are responsible for your headset arriving to us safely in the same condition it was shipped. We do not take responsibility for lost, damaged, or misdelivered packages. ** The estimate is not guaranteed and is based on you providing accurate information about your current headset.
